Silver Swan Brooch
This tiny silver brooch is believed to be 18th Century in date, and was discovered by archaeologists in the castle grounds. It may have belonged to Mary Pryse, who lived at the castle during that period. The delicately-carved swan is a suitable emblem so close to the river Teifi, where swans can still frequently be seen.
