Cloth Hall was a draper’s and tailor’s business which stood on the High Street, and was managed by William Davies and his family. This clothes brush, bearing the firm’s name and logo, would have been a good way of advertising, being used in their own shop as well as available to anyone wishing to look dapper in their new suits and jackets!
